I'm a total beginner. Is this for me?

Yes — this is built for exactly that. Every workout has scaled options, and Coach Amanda meets you at your starting line. The squad is full of women who hadn't worked out in years before joining. You don't need to be "in shape to start." You just need to start.

I'm really out of shape. I'll be embarrassed.

Every woman in the squad felt that on day one. The whole point of this group is zero judgement — Libby's words, not ours: "there's no judgement with these ladies." You'll be welcomed, not watched.

I'm a busy mom. I can't commit to every session.

Life happens, and Amanda gets it — most of the squad are moms. Every in-person workout has a 20-minute at-home version in the Trainerize app, so you can stay consistent on the chaotic weeks without falling off entirely.

I'm nervous about texting. What if I'm not ready?
